The 60-Night Sleep Promise

We want you to love your Nocturnest Cloud Mask. If you're not completely satisfied, you're covered by our 60-Night Sleep Promise: within 60 nights of delivery, just email help@nocturnest.com with your order number and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. In most cases there's no need to mail anything back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us a clear photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
